Attorney Liu Xiaobin is a partner of the firm. He joined Silkroad, Anchorite & Sage Law Firm in 2022 and was previously a partner of Beijing Zhonglun Wende Law Firm. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Liu has more than 10 years of working experience in financial institutions. Starting from 2011, he has successively worked at  Huaxin International Trust Co., Ltd., Union Insurance Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Trust Co., Ltd. He has served as the person-in-charge of the business department, organizing and conducting financial business, and is familiar with the trust industry and trust-related business.

Mr. Liu’s main practice areas include legal affairs of trust companies, legal matters concerning insurance asset management companies, and non-performing asset disposal.

He used to be a member of the Trust Law Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association, and an expert on the Insurance Product Registration and Review Panel of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China. He also participated in the drafting of CIRC Document [2014] No. 38 issued by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission (now integrated into the CBIRC).

Mr. Liu graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Civil and Commercial Law.
