- Represented Yinlong New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yinlong) in a cross-border loan contract dispute against China Huarong International Holdings Limited and Huarong Holdings (Shenzhen) Equity Investment Fund Management Limited;

- Represented Yinlong in a dispute over liability for damage caused by related party transactions against its major shareholder and ultimatel controller and other companies, and represented Yinlong in accusing its ultimate controller and others of embezzlement;

- Represented Yinlong in a series of disputes related to cancellation of resolution, shareholder’s right to information, right to reputation and etc. against its major shareholder and some senior management personnel;

- Represented Yinlong and its affiliated companies in several sale contract disputes against its suppliers and customers;

- Represented the directors, supervisors and the managements of Beijing Leshi Internet Information and Technology Company in a dispute over liability for misrepresentation on securities filed by over two thousand investors; and represented the supervisors of Leshi in an administrative litigation against China Securities Regulatory Commission;

- Represented Guangxi Beiliu Meilin Property Co., Ltd. in a civil loan dispute against Beijing Difan Investment Management Co., Ltd.;

- Represented China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd.Xi’an Branch in over one hundred financial loan contract disputes, and provided full legal services in litigation and enforcement proceedings;

- Represented China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd. Xi’an Office in a enforcement of a notarized credit documents against Shaanxi Tianbao Property Co., Ltd.;

- Represented Beijing Jiajie Diyuan Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (referred to as Jiajie Diyuan) in a construction contract dispute against Beijing Huat Curtain Wall Engineering Co., Ltd.;
