Mr. Li also has an in-depth understanding and research on China’s intellectual property legal framework and practice. He has successfully advised numerous enterprises and public figures in resolving legal issues involving trademark authorization and confirmation disputes, trade secret disputes, copyright disputes, and criminal cases involving intellectual property infringement.
