Mr. Zhu Lei’s main practice areas include construction projects, real estate development, real estate finance, private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate management, and dispute resolution. He possesses extensive practical experience and theoretical expertise in the full‑cycle legal services of commercial real estate development. He has represented large‑scale overseas enterprises in establishing foreign‑invested real estate enterprises, acted as long-term legal counsel for numerous large enterprises, handled legal affairs related to land development and construction projects, designed transaction structures, and drafted and reviewed various legal documents. Mr. Zhu also specializes in real estate finance, integrating real estate investment with financial products such as trusts, designing a number of advanced investment and transaction models, and handling a large number of M&A cases.

In addition, he is highly experienced in dispute resolution, with more than 21 years of practice in both Shanghai and Beijing. He has represented clients in numerous cases before the intermediate and higher people’s courts as well as arbitration commissions in both cities.
